A waterproof backpack protects fishing and hiking equipment on trips beside the water. The Fishpond Thunderhead Submersible Backpack combines 900D TPU-coated NewStream fabric with a fully waterproof, self-healing TRU Zip closure on the main compartment.
The front pocket uses a water-resistant zipper, so its protection differs from the waterproof main storage area. Inside, a removable zippered pocket organizes small belongings. Foam shoulder straps, a hip belt and a molded back panel provide the carrying setup, with an adjustable, removable lumbar support strap.
Coated-webbing daisy chains, a D-ring and four-way attachments offer places for accessories, while Hypalon points on the shoulder straps support two-way radios or GPS systems. One set of Lariat Gear Straps is included. Compatible chest packs, pouches and other accessories are not included with the backpack.
