This streamlined ruck plate carrier holds compatible training weight high and close to the back for stable movement and an open chest. A cushioned plate pocket, ergonomic lumbar support, padded top handle and non-abrasive contact surfaces improve comfort under load. The open-chest layout supports movement during rucks and bodyweight sessions, and the padded top handle offers another way to control the carrier. Plate compatibility differs by Standard, Long and dual-compartment construction, so the carrier format should match the intended plate.

Key Features

  • Standard format fits compatible 10-, 20- and 30-pound Standard plates.
  • Long format fits compatible 30- and 45-pound Long plates.
  • Dual-compartment format carries up to two 45-pound plates.
  • Ergonomic lumbar support stabilizes the load.

Specifications

  • Non-abrasive back panel and shoulder straps reduce friction.
  • Available in multiple solid and camouflage colorways.
