This oversized foam yoga block gives you a broad, firm platform for extending reach, supporting alignment and adding stability to standing, seated and restorative poses. Its high-density EVA foam construction is supportive without the weight of a solid prop, making it practical to carry between home practice, classes and training spaces.
Three usable height orientations let you adjust the level of support for different stretches and poses. Smooth beveled edges create more comfortable hand placement, while the larger 6 3/4 by 9 1/4 by 13 1/2 inch format provides extra surface area when a standard block feels too small. Use it individually or stack it with another compatible block when a pose calls for additional height. After practice, wipe the surface with a wet cloth; for stubborn marks, use a gentle organic cleanser and allow the block to air dry.
