This rectangular yoga bolster provides soft, low-density support for restorative poses, seated practice and relaxation. Its broad 25 by 12 inch surface and 6 inch height help raise and cushion the body where a conventional yoga block is too firm or too small. The rectangular profile also stays stable when placed flat beneath the back, knees or hips.
The outer cover is made from 100% cotton for a soft surface, with a polyester lining around the PU foam and EPE cotton filling. Carry handles at both ends make the bolster easier to move around a studio or store after practice. When the cover needs refreshing, remove it and machine wash it according to the care setting appropriate for cotton. Choose Black or Plum to coordinate with your mat and other practice accessories.
