This kettlebell replacement shell expands compatible adjustable kettlebells into lighter 9-to-11.5-kilogram training loads. The plastic bottom weighs 0.7 kilograms, allowing athletes to practice technique, warm up, or progress in smaller steps while keeping the familiar upper portion of the compatible kettlebell.
Compatibility is limited to the 12–20.5 kg and 12–32 kg Wildman adjustable kettlebell models, so users should confirm their equipment before ordering. The lightweight plastic construction must be handled carefully and should not be dropped, making it best suited to controlled training and deliberate placement between sets.
