This State Bicycle Co. design gives the right lever both brake and 12-speed shift duties, while the left lever is a brake-only control. Reach adjustment helps position the lever for the rider. The right shifter can move up to three gears in a full sweep and one gear in the opposite shift direction, giving the controls clearly defined roles on a single-chainring bicycle.

Pull compatibility is specified for State Bicycle Co. All-Road 12-speed bicycles and the Sensah SRX 1x12 system. Check your drivetrain against those systems before installation rather than assuming that every 12-speed derailleur uses the same cable pull. Choose the left lever, the right shift-and-brake lever or the left-and-right set depending on the part you need. If you are replacing only one side, check the selection carefully: the left choice does not add shifting, and the right choice is the one intended to operate the rear derailleur.
