These 18-inch black wrist wraps provide adjustable support for Olympic lifts, presses and bench-press training. Reinforced stitching is used throughout the wrap construction, and a heavy-duty thumb loop helps position the wrap at the wrist before it is tightened. The wrap can then be adjusted to suit the planned exercise and removed after the set.
One black color selection and one 18-inch length keep the configuration consistent. The wraps are described as approved by the IPF, IPL, USPA and USAPL. Position the thumb loop, wrap the material evenly around the wrist, and check that the chosen tension remains appropriate for the movement before lifting.
